All classes are included for members, $15 for non-members.
10-passes available for $135.


All levels are welcome. Beginners will have an experience that is challenging but safe; more experienced students will learn how to work at a deeper level to develop a personal practice. Each class will be framed by an intention that will inspire that day’s experience. (1 hour.)


This class at Vermont Sport & Fitness is unique. Yoga has been held at VS&F for over 25 years. Members from all backgrounds of health and fitness come to incorporate it into their fitness routines. In addition our instructors, Stephanie & Brian, love to share their passion for Yoga with all of our members and guests. Our classes are designed for the average person who loves Yoga, but might not be an expert. Each class has its own feel that is tailored to the individuals in the room. These classes are specifically designed to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance, while also bringing a refreshed and clear mind to those who attend.

Stephanie & Brian


Stephanie’s classes are a mix of invigorating, exploratory, and restful. Each class is guided by an intention—often taken from yogic philosophy—that frames the day’s practice. Classes are moderate in level, allowing experienced practitioners to delve more deeply while beginners can start by simply focusing on foundations.

Integrative Yoga classes include pranayama (breathwork), all categories of asana (postures), and vinyasa (creative sequencing); these classes focus on increasing strength and flexibility. Yin Yoga classes feature long holds of floor postures with relaxed muscles to get the prana flowing fluidly throughout the connective tissues of the body; this practice is a wonderful balance for quiet and intensity. Restorative Yoga classes use props to completely support the body, allowing for absolute relaxation and surrender. Mantra & Meditation classes take the yoga practice beyond the physical into chanting and stillness. Yoga Dance is a journey through the chakra system combing yoga postures, simple choreography, free expressive movement, and relaxation.

All Stephanie’s classes are infused with a sense of leela (sacred play), inclusion, and ananda (bliss).
