This class covers it all! Combining moderate functional activity such as balance and mobility, aerobic activity, stretching, core and overall strength and fitness exercises. (50 min.)

Melissa could write the book on sound fitness! Melissa has been with VS&F for over 20 years and has changed the lives of thousands of people with her knowledge and passion for fitness. Melissa knows that your success is her number one goal and she will always find a way to take a personal approach to your fitness.
