Pilates+

Vermont Sport & Fitness is now offering a Pilates+ Membership! It includes access to our fully equipped Reformer Pilates Studio, plus all other club amenities.

This membership allows experienced members to access the Pilates Studio and independently lead themselves through a workout. We do not currently require sign-ups for studio time. You can use the space anytime the club is open.  Experience with reformer equipment is required to have this membership and use the studio. 

You may sign up online, stop by the club, or give us a call, and we can assist you with all your membership needs.
