5-Week Kickboxing Clinic Starts Wednesday, January 18th at 6:30 p.m. Join the fastest growing class at VS&F: Kickboxing!
This one-hour clinic is a fun and exciting way to learn the basics of kickboxing. Active and dynamic warmup, focused instruction on stance, offensive striking (pads provided), defense, stretching, and “skill & drill” work.
This will prepare you to participate in the regular Monday night 6:30 p.m. Kickboxing class, which is included with membership.

Weekly Kickboxing Class: Mondays at 6:30 p.m.Kickboxing is now a part of the regular weekly class schedule. Like our other fitness classes, it is included in membership or $15 for non-members.
Prior martial arts or kickboxing experience required. Novices may attend this class after completing the 5-week clinic or taking a series of private sessions.

Private Training Options with RyanIf you would like to train one-on-one with Ryan or get ready for the regular Monday night 6:30 p.m. Kickboxing class, Ryan has private spots available.
