Getting Started

A customized workout with every visit!

TAKE THE GUESSWORK OUT OF YOUR WORKOUT.

We’ve all been there before, wondering what exercises to do, when to do them, or simply been confused with how to put a good workout together. When you join our club, we make sure you have access to the tools you need to be successful.

Two Orientations
Upon joining the club, you receive two complimentary instructional sessions. One of our certified trainers can take you through the upstairs and downstairs circuits of machines in 2 half hour sessions.

Our trainers will show you how to operate each machine, record your seat adjustments, and give you a recommended starting weight for each exercise. After your two sessions, you will have two workouts you can do on your own whenever you come in.

Included for all Monthly and Annual members. Just make an appointment at the Front Desk to get set up and you’ll be on your way.

Starter Pack

If you’re looking for a little extra guidance and something more tailored to you, the Starter Pack is a great option! With head trainer, Dylan Schulte, you will get a professionally designed plan fully customized to you. After a session of setting SMART goals and completing a strength assessment, Dylan can design a workout plan according to what you want and need.

Personal Training Packages

We believe that the best way to set yourself up for success is to provide yourself with ongoing accountability. When you purchase a package of personal training sessions, that’s exactly what you’re getting. Not only do you get the advantage of having personalized workouts, but you also have someone holding you accountable each session. Whether you do them weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, you have that accountability check.

TPT is for any athlete wanting to take their game to the next level. With Personal Trainer Dylan Schulte and Coach Austin Beauregard, you will be put through a 4-week program to help you in your specified sport.
