Governor Phil Scott has updated Vermont’s mask mandate:
Those who are fully vaccinated no longer need to wear masks – indoors or outdoors.
We wanted to give an update on the policies at the club and how they will be evolving now through July 4th. The state is on the right track and the vaccines are working to drive cases down. They also have protected the most vulnerable populations and given access to every adult. With these positive developments taking place it’s time to prepare to get back to better than normal!
As of May 14th: In line with the new state guidelines and the CDC, those who are fully vaccinated are no longer required to wear a mask in the club. We are also now allowing guests and short term memberships for all inquiries.
As of July 4th: In accordance with state guidance, we will no longer require masks to be worn within the club. Everyone who would still like to wear a mask can do so. Everyone who would like to remove their mask can also do so. The key is that everyone is to respect the other person’s choice and of course space.
As we know, the vaccines are a game changer. That being said it takes everyone their own amount of time to get comfortable. We respect this process as I am sure you do as well. Instead of a new normal we are going to go back to better than normal.
This has been a very long 14+ months for everyone. We will all be dealing with the physical and emotional fall out for some time to come. The gym is the perfect place to be for both of these concerns, as long as we all stay united, positive and supportive of each other. Let’s keep this great culture going!
