How VS&F Members Succeed

You are thinking about joining or have already joined VS&F because you want to feel better, stronger, and healthier. You have aspirations for your health and fitness or may need help creating them.

What can get in the way of your success?

  1. Not knowing how to get started
  2. Not creating reliable fitness habits

  4. Not being familiar with equipment or how to operate it

VS&F can be your guide!
Everyone has to start somewhere. Through experience, expertise and passion we will be a bridge to your best self.

We work to create individualized programs for each person. We offer free orientations to help get you acquainted with the machines and learn exercises so you feel comfortable throughout the club.

Our classes are an excellent way to receive guidance from experienced instructors and benefit from a great community alongside you.

We set our members up for success and increase their confidence in a fun and relaxed environment. 

Here is your plan:

  1. Begin your fitness journey by joining VS&F.
  2. Create confidence by learning how to safely and effectively use equipment in our free orientations. 
  3. Expand your workout variety with classes, personal training, or our free ActivTrax program.
  4. Build your fitness habits by working VS&F into your daily routine. 
  5. Find your favorite fitness activities and enjoy a healthy life!

  3. No long term commitment, cancel any time with no fee.
  4. Complimentary ActivTrax workout program and orientations with experienced staff to teach you how to workout properly and effectively.
  5. We have been locally owned and operated for over 25 years and we look forward to the next 25 years of serving our community.

  2. Book your complimentary training session of an orientation or ActivTrax workout program.
  3. Try your first class by signing up online.
  4. Anchor your new fitness habits to your existing daily routine. Set small achievable goals and celebrate your success!
  5. Take the time to gradually try out different fitness activities till you find your favorites and then stick with them.
