Join the fastest growing class at VS&F: Kickboxing! This one-hour clinic is a fun and exciting way to learn the basics of kickboxing. Active and dynamic warmup, focused instruction on stance, offensive striking (pads provided), defense, stretching, and “skill & drill” work.
This will prepare you to participate in the regular Monday night 6:30 p.m. Kickboxing class, which is included with membership.

The winter season of VS&F Tennis Leagues and Contracts start this week so be sure to check your schedules if you are participating.
It is not to late to get involved: Some groups could still use a couple players so if you’re interested in playing call or stop by the front desk and we’ll help get you on the court!
