Here at Vermont Sport & Fitness our personal trainers help our members get started on their fitness journey or get back to their fitness routine. Here are a few of the tools we offer that are most helpful on that journey.
Two half-hour sessions with a trainer where you will learn how to use the upstairs and downstairs Cybex circuits. Upon completing both sessions you will gain the knowledge and tools to utilize the two circuits on your own.
You receive two complementary orientations when you sign up for a membership!
The Starter Pack is a more personalized experience if you are interested in working with a personal trainer or would like a workout designed specifically for you. In three half-hour sessions you will establish a starting point for your workouts through a strength assessment and will receive a simple personalized workout plan designed by Head Trainer Dylan Schulte.
A Starter Pack is $93 for members and $126 for nonmembers.
When you choose to do ongoing personal training sessions you gain the advantage of SMART goal setting. This includes check-ins, guided workout sessions fully tailored to you, and the ongoing accountability and motivation from a personal trainer.
A five-hour personal training package is $255 or you can purchase one hour for $56. Purchase Personal Training Packages online or call or stop by the Front Desk to book your first training session!
