Class Description: Full body workout with an emphasis on core, using weighted hula hoops (each weighing 2lbs). High energy, incorporating both cardio and strengthening with hula hooping. 1 hour class. Suitable for all levels.
8 spots available per class.
Class will be located in our outdoor class space, weather permitted. Rain backup is in our upstairs class space.
