Get the benefits of one-on-one training and the energy and support of working in a small group. Each week will feature a different workout theme to help you reach your fitness goals.

This weekly clinic is perfect for you if you would like to:

  • Experience personal training at a reduced cost.
  • Meet other members in a fun and motivating group setting.
  • Mix up your fitness routine with something new each week.
  • Take your fitness experience and education to the next level.

$10 members.
$20 non-members.

Golf Fitness Training Program
With Chris Levins
Certified Personal Trainer

Mondays 6:30-7:30 p.m.
Runs for eight weeks.
Start date: February 26.
Register in advance.
$79 members
$99 non-members

This program will encourage golfers of any level to put more emphasis on the function of their body in the golf swing, as opposed to the traditional emphasis on the golf club.

To quote Dustin Johnson, “With golf, it’s all about consistency—you want to feel the same out there. The more I train, the stronger I feel, and the more mentally tough I become.”

Golf Fit is designed to improve your strength and flexibility for controlled athletic movements and overall conditioning. The class will provide an understanding of the muscles used and the basic bio-mechanics necessary.

Start your pre-season now and be more ready than ever for opening day this spring.

Kids ages 3-12

Vermont Sport & Fitness is hosting a “Winter Olympic Games” themed kids activity day with food, music, prizes and “gold” medals!

Outside there will be a snowshoe course (full snow gear recommended). Kids 6 & under can bring sleds for sledding on the back hill!

Inside there will be six “Olympic” events: Hockey, Bowling, “Curling,” Pickleball, Mini-Tennis, and “Figure Skating.” (No ice skates needed! All indoor events will be played on our tennis courts…just bring your sneakers and a smile!)

Complete all events or just a few. There will be food in the lobby and music on the tennis courts to keep the energy going for our little athletes! Outside the Olympic arena will be other fun activities such as an indoor “snowball” fight, crafts and trivia.
