Pilates is a moderately paced exercise class. It focuses on core fitness and creating longer, leaner body lines; as well as balance and flexibility. (50 min.)
This class is one of our signature core classes. If you have ever taken a Pilates class, you know that it is good for the mind, body and soul. Pilates raises the level of your core fitness while also creating longer, leaner body lines. It will improve your overall strength, balance and flexibility. This class takes place in our body-mind room which is specifically designed to put you in a calm focused state. This room with floating floors and no shoes is going to make you feel comfortable and mindful in your own space.
