Core is a focused class designed exactly how it sounds; to work your core. Since the core is the foundation of our bodies physical health, this class makes sure to develop the core strength you need to support you in all your daily activities. The beauty of a 30-minute focused class is that each exercise will seamlessly blend into the next, so your body and mind will stay engaged, making the time fly. This way, you can get in, get out and get results.
Core can be done on its own or can be paired with another workout. You could pair it with a cardio class at the club, or if you’d rather, pair it with a workout of your own. If you have 30 minutes, you have time for Core to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your core. Don’t forget to bring a workout towel that will be integrated into every workout. This class takes place in our upstairs classroom.
