We are excited to announce that Barre fitness classes are coming to Vermont Sport & Fitness. Brooke Mars, personal trainer and class instructor is going to be kicking it off November 19th!
Barre is inspired by the movements of ballet. It incorporates elements of Pilates, Yoga and functional training. This makes it highly effective at improving balance, flexibility, and muscle development. You can expect to feel stretched, strengthened and invigorated after this class… no dance background needed! (45 min.)
The class is limited to 12 participants, so they may fill up quickly! You can sign up for class online up to 7 days in advance. If you do not get into the class you are signing up for call the club to be placed on the waiting list.
