Sandy is so dedicated to fitness that she is the one who pushed for Saturday morning classes! Sandy is a great mix of fun, focus, and great ideas that make you feel like you are in a class that is always getting better. When Sandy is teaching, you know you are being led by someone who takes fitness to heart; she brings her A-game every class. With years of experience, she has been able to form her own programming that is a perfect mix of strength and cardio, to energize and jump-start your weekends.
