Samantha Loso

Samantha doesn’t just teach fitness, she lives it. It’s nearly impossible to find Sam not walking her dogs, going on hikes or running the next 5K. When you are in a classroom led by Sam, full of people working hard, you know that you are going to get a real workout. She knows how to get the most out of all the members with her confident and fun style that makes you want to do your best. Sam has spent many years dedicated to your fitness and, aside from having you doing hill sprints on warm summer nights during Boot Camp, we promise you’ll love her!
