Lance Schu has over 11 years experience in strength training. Nothing gives him a better feeling than helping people accomplish their fitness goals through personal training. Lance works with a variety of different clients and uses a classic style bodybuilding approach to personal training but also stays up to date with the latest fitness trends.
Currently studying Exercise Science at Castleton University
