Chrissy Condon has been with Vermont Sport & Fitness since 2011. Chrissy is dedicated to her own fitness with daily strength and conditioning workouts at the gym. This allows her to relate to all her clients on a real level because she walks the walk. Chrissy is also an avid runner participating in local 5k races throughout the year.
Chrissy specializes in working with a wide variety of clients with different goals and skill levels. If you are new to fitness or highly experienced Chrissy will make sure you achieve your personal goals. Chrissy develops fitness programs and chooses exercises that provide optimum results all while providing encouragement, motivation and support for her clients.
