She is a personal trainer that loves to help her clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals through a combination of stability & mobility exercises, as well as interval & strength training. When she’s not in the gym, she can be found skiing, hiking, or just spending time outside in general. She enjoys creating a sense of community among her clients and class attendees by hosting monthly meet ups.
