Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn. The game can develop to be quick, fast-paced, and competitive. Vermont Sport & Fitness Club is excited to have over 30 active Pickleball players and 12 hours of Pickleball games every week.
Pickleball combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Played on a badminton-sized court and a slightly-modified tennis net, with a paddle and a plastic ball with holes. Doubles or singles. Burn 500+ calories per hour!
Want to try pickleball? Join us any Monday to see if this is the sport for you. Mondays are a great way to learn the game and play with the groups in fun setting. Just call Vermont Sport & Fitness to sign up and then we will do the rest. No Pickleball Paddle? No problem. We have paddles and balls to rent at no cost. We also sell paddles here and we can help fit the best option for your game.

*Must be a member or pass holder to play in leagues.
Play up to 3x per week for $39/month. Includes leagues and open play. For an additional $39/month get full use of the fitness facilities. Current VS&F members can add a Pickleball Pass for $19/month.
First game is free! Standard guest/court fees thereafter.
Other times available by request. If you do not see a time that works for you just give us a call. We will be forming early morning, weekend and evening leagues based on interest.
