While your body is burning calories (a singles match can burn 400-600 calories per hour!) your mind is using tactical thinking and problem solving to win the match. Beginner looking to get started? Our VS&F Tennis Express program is a great way to learn and develop as a player with tennis professional Akhnaton (Paco) Aguilar. With 5 week and 10 week sessions available it won’t be long before you have the confidence you need to become a strong player.

We offer seasonal leagues and contracts to get you in the game and engaged with other players that match your skill level. A social sport, tennis is a great way to make new friends and have fun while getting exercise. At VS&F we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inviting culture and our tennis programs are no exception. Players often relax and catch up in the lobby before or after matches and even occasionally chat courtside in between points.
