Chrissy Condon has been with VS&F since 2011. She is an avid runner of 5k races, doing one per month during the non-winter months. Chrissy specializes in working with a wide variety of clients with different goals and skill levels. Chrissy develops programs and chooses exercises that provide optimum results all while providing encouragement, motivation and support for her clients.

Certification: Personal Fitness Trainer and Pilates Instructor through the International Fitness Professionals Association, CST, TRX Suspension Training, and Cardio Sport Group Dynamic

Focus: She prides herself on providing one-on-one fitness instruction to people desiring a program tailored to their specific needs as well as evaluating clients' physical fitness and keeping track of their progress.

Classes: Cardio Sport, Age Defying Interval Training, Pilates
  Melissa Crossman has 21 years experience in the health and fitness industry, working with both athletes and special needs populations. She enjoys helping people become more physically active.

Education: B.S. in Exercise Science

Certification: ACSM, Spinning, TRX, The CST and Cardio Sport Group Dynamic

Focus: Working with endurance athletes and individuals with chronic health issues or physical aliments.

Classes: Spinning, Age Defying Interval Training
 
Jen Smith has 32 years experience, 22 at VS&F (as of 2016). Experienced and effective with many types of clients.

Certification: AFAA Aerobics and Fitness Assioation of America Group Exercise Instructor Certification, AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer, Level 2 NeuroKinetic Therapy

Focus: Free Weights and Plyometrics for Bodybuilding, Power Training and Body Sculpting

Classes: Spinning, Group Power
  Brooke Mars is fairly new to the fitness industry and certified by ACE. She has trained and learned from an Olympic trainer as well as other knowledgeable fitness professionals. Having dealt with knee problems herself, she focuses particularly on strengthening the lower body and improving posture.

Education: B.A. in Psychology and a Certificate in Physical Fitness

Certification: ACE

Focus: Strengthening Lower Body and Improving Posture. Loves to help women of all ages make positive changes in their health and fitness.
 
Lance Schu has over 11 years experience in strength training. Nothing gives him a better feeling than helping people accomplish their fitness goals. Lance works with a variety of different clients and uses a classic style bodybuilding approach to training but also stays up to date with the latest fitness trends.

Education: Currently studying Exercise Science at Castleton University

Certification: Certified through the American Council on Exercise

Focus: Fat Loss and Hypertrophy.
  Hope Kanarvogel is an avid fitness and outdoor enthusiast. She is a high energy trainer who is thrilled to be able to share one of her true passions with her clients. She works with a variety of different clientele and loves to help people achieve their current goals and make future goals. She believes in the power of physical fitness for the body and the soul.

Education: Bachelors In Science

Certification: ACE-American Council on Exercise.

Focus: Hypertrophy, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, one on one training and small group training.
