OVERVIEW

Latin and international dance rhythms and easy to follow dance moves. No dance experience required. (60 min.)

DESCRIPTION

Zumba is definitely our most fun class! If you have never taken Zumba before you are in for a treat. With great music and a party atmosphere everyone can dance and have fun while getting a great workout. If you have done Zumba before you know that the dance moves are made for everyone and while you are learning you are always having fun. Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. The key to the success of this class is that everyone who joins finds out they love to move, they can move, and they even have some moves! This class takes place in our main classroom upstairs, which has a special floor designed for dancing that is easy on the body. If you want to have fun, get a great workout and meet some great people Zumba is the class for you.
