Yoga has been at Vermont Sport & Fitness for over 20 years and has never been stronger. Our Yoga classes are designed for the average person who loves Yoga but might not be an expert. Each class has its own feel that is tailored to the individuals in the room. All levels are welcome. Beginners will have an experience that is challenging but safe; more experienced students will learn how to work at a deeper level to develop a personal practice. Each class will be framed by an intention that will inspire that day’s experience. Yoga takes place in a clam and soothing room painted with decorative walls of green complemented by low lighting, floating floors and surround sound. Overall our Body-Mind room is designed for you to get the most out of each class both mentally and physically.
