Classic moves with an updated flavor.


Dynamic step movements that everyone can learn to improve your balance and flexibility, combined with toning and strength exercises. (45 min.)


Step & Shred is a complete workout with 30 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of toning. You can start your weekend off right with this class with it having the perfect all-in-one design. Because it has a mix of cardio, strength and some new moves to test yourself, you will leave the class feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the weekend. If you’re looking for a reason to get out of bed in the morning, look no further. Furthermore, all levels are welcome!
