This class is moderately paced exercise for core fitness and longer, leaner body lines. Pilates is going to improve your overall strength, balance and flexibility. This class takes place in our body-mind room which is specifically designed to put you in a calm focused state. This room with floating floors and no shoes is going to make you feel comfortable and mindful in your own space.
