My Intensity Interval Training (MIIT)

Push yourself the perfect amount.


Great for all fitness levels, with individually-paced movements and weights to build strength and improve your cardio endurance. (45 min.)


The goal of this class is to keep moving and modify as needed. To increase the intensity, increase your speed or feel free to add light to medium weights to any or all exercises! However, if you’re wanting to decrease the intensity, take it easy with a slower pace.
