Group Core is a focused class designed exactly how it sounds, to work your core. The core is the foundation of our bodies physical health and this class makes sure you have the complete core strength you need to support all of your fitness and daily activities. This is a national branded class designed by Mossa with some of the best minds in fitness choreographing every move to music so you can get in, get out and get results. The beauty of a 30-minute focused class is that each exercise will seamlessly blend into the next so your body and mind will stay engaged making the time fly. This class can be done on its own or coupled with your own workout or a cardio class at the club. If you have 30 minutes you have time for Group Core to tone, sculpt and strengthen your core. Don’t forget to bring a workout towel that will be intergraded into every workout. This class takes place in our new Strength & Conditioning room in the North Wing of VS&F.
