New Class Schedule Starts November, 2019

Morning Yoga relaunches November 6th.
Fitness Fundamentals launches November 25th & 27th.
Spinning on Wednesday night will pause after October 30th.


Morning Yoga is Back!

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 a.m.
Starts November 6, 2019

We welcome our newest yoga instructor, Brian Sylvester. Originally from Arlington, Virginia, Brian is an ultrarunner, artist and musician. With a background in horticulture and music, he relies on the sciences to help inform his work and teachings. He discovered meditation and Yoga in his teens, and approaches both in a logical and practical manner.

Sharing wellness with the broader community is an ongoing goal of his, and he teaches a “low, slow and meditative” style of Yoga. The practice is appropriate for all, no matter what level of fitness or Yoga experience.


New Class: Fitness Fundamentals
Strength, Stretch, & Cardio

Instructor: Brooke Mars

A perfectly balanced class that blends core-based strength training, powerful cardio moves, and targeted stretching. Your heart will pump, you’ll define your core, and you’ll burn more calories all day. (45 min.)

Mondays at 4:15 pm and
Wednesdays at 11:30 am.

Starts November 25 & 27, 2019

Don’t forget to sign up during the previous week.


Wednesday Evening Spinning Pause

Wednesday night Spinning will have its last class of 2019 on October 30th. We will be relaunching in January, 2020. In the meantime we still have all our other Spinning times:

• Mondays at 5:30 pm
• Tuesdays at 6:00 and 9:15 am
• Thursdays at 6:00 and 9:15 am
• Saturdays at 8:00 am
