Want to make your personal trainer workout? Admit it, at points during your workout with your personal trainer you have wanted to turn the tables and make them do the exercises that you hate! Now is your chance, with our first annual “Train the Trainer” fundraiser coming up on Saturday, May 26 from 10 – 11 am at the Club
Brooke Mars is raising money for Rutland Mental Health Services, a program that helps to enhance the well-being of our communities, individuals, and families through responsive, innovative, and collaborative human services.
Train the Trainer is a chance for all members and clients to donate $50 to train a Personal Trainer or the Rutland City Police Department for 10 minutes, get pay back ha-ha, and of course support RMHS and Mental Health Awareness Month.
